updating of ice rink equipment we all take for granted.

Our curling stones are getting older and have done quite a number years of sliding, hitting and polishing. To replace them is very expensive, but we can have them dressed and have the striking band re-ground. All this comes at a price and was quoted at £12k last year.
Sharp skates are important and we have to sharpen our hire and customers skates in expensive machines costing thousands, even the grinding wheels are over £100 each.
These are only two of the many items we need to address soon.
How can I help, you ask?
You can buy a brick by making a donation of £50 (or more) and
give us a message to put on the brick, this will go on the "Memory Wall" that faces you as you enter the main door into the rink, visible for everyone to see.
Your massage can be memory of your curling or skating days or even a memory of a loved one who is no longer with us, or simply a comment or a thank you!
