The Board of Directors of Border Ice Rink Ltd
The Limited Company was founded in 1963 with the view of building an ice rink in the border area.
This was successful as the rink opened on 1st October 1964.
The board are responsible for the upkeep of the building and the management of the BIR Club accounts.
