First time beginners should take into consideration the following: -
Wear Warm loose-fitting clothing
Clean trainers (soft soles, avoid hard plastic type)
Equipment is all at the ice rink, but you may bring your own if you please
Once you have had a few lessons you may feel that you would like to move on and have a few fun, sociable games in a club. Many people like to join the club linked to the area where they live. (This is not a must as you may have some friends or family who are part of a different club). Just contact the club that you would like to join, then you will be able to move on with your curling career.
Curling Club contact details can be found on the Curling Clubs page.
Please click on the Try Curling link on the top left of this page for scheduled sessions for season 2022/23.
