The prime role of the Border Curling Development Group (BCDG) is to develop curling in the Scottish Border and North England area with a view to feeding new members into a virtual club then progressing into mainstream curling clubs in the area.

BCDG Projects:
- Projects guide (list of current and proposed projects)
- Monday Night Junior Club
- Virtual Curling Club
- 8 to 80+
Funding:
The funding of the group is by donations, fund raisers & grants.
Projects
are funded mainly by specific grants.
Development Officer is funded by BIR Ltd, BIR Club, BCDG, WCF & RCCC.
The
Border Province underwrites the BCDG funding of the Dev' Officer.
