Open to any 4 curlers. Played
on evening ice. First 3 games in sections and then Knock-Out The "Matthew Templeton Trophy" is the main open competition run by the BIRC, and in it's hay day
would attract an entry of 64 teams from all over the south of Scotland. In more recent times this competition
like many others of it's type in other rinks has seen a drop in entries. To
help reverse this trend the committee decided to play this competition on evening ice, this has helped and the entries are
creeping back up again. Please support this competition!
Section A play 5.15 pm on Monday, 6.00 & 8.30 pm on Tuesday.
Section B play
7.15 pm on Monday, 6.00 & 8.30 pm on Wednesday.
Section C play 9.15 pm on Monday, 6.00 & 8.30 pm on Thursday.
