"Points" is a singles competition where each
player in turn attempts to execute shots which could be asked for in a normal game. Each discipline can score
zero, one or two points depending on the accuracy of the shot. The Highest score to date is 51 by James stark a few years ago.

Nine elements were played
by the 19 curlers, after which, 5 had an over 40 score but on top of the pile were Luigi and Angus who played the
10th element to decide the winner.
The subsidised Ice and prizes was all provided by Michael Sutherland.
After 16 years of sponsorship of this competition
Michael intimated that next year will be his last.
We hope that someone else will take over the sponsorship to continue
what Michael has started.
We all thank Michael for his very generous help over the years. Michael said "Thats
16 bottles of malt I have given away" however he was reminded it was only 14 as he won two back himself!!!
